π§ Grills β 1-Year Warranty
All grills β including frames, skewers, brackets, and gear assemblies β are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

βοΈ Rotisserie Motors β 2-Year Warranty
Our rotisserie motors are protected by a 2-year limited warranty covering mechanical or electrical failure due to manufacturing defects.
Not covered:
β’ Damage from water, grease, or exposure to the elements
β’ Overloading or unbalanced loads
β’ Tampering, disassembly, or modifications
β’ Failure due to misuse or improper storage
β’ Surface rust or corrosion from lack of maintenance or exposure
Motors must be stored in a dry, protected area and used according to instructions.

π₯ Charcoal Trays β No Warranty
Charcoal trays are exposed to high, direct heat and natural wear.
Warping, discoloration, surface rust, and material fatigue are considered normal use and are not covered under warranty.

𧡠Grill Covers β 3-Month Warranty
Grill covers include a 3-month warranty for stitching or fabric defects.
Excludes damage from:
β’ Wind
β’ UV exposure
β’ Prolonged outdoor use or poor storage

π οΈ How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, email info@octagrills.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Photos or video of the problem
4. Proof of purchase
If your claim is approved, weβll arrange for a replacement product or part as needed.
