🔧 Grills – 1-Year Warranty

All grills — including frames, skewers, brackets, and gear assemblies — are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

⚙️ Rotisserie Motors – 2-Year Warranty

Our rotisserie motors are protected by a 2-year limited warranty covering mechanical or electrical failure due to manufacturing defects.

Not covered:

• Damage from water, grease, or exposure to the elements

• Overloading or unbalanced loads

• Tampering, disassembly, or modifications

• Failure due to misuse or improper storage

• Surface rust or corrosion from lack of maintenance or exposure

Motors must be stored in a dry, protected area and used according to instructions.

🔥 Charcoal Trays – No Warranty

Charcoal trays are exposed to high, direct heat and natural wear.

Warping, discoloration, surface rust, and material fatigue are considered normal use and are not covered under warranty.

🧵 Grill Covers – 3-Month Warranty

Grill covers include a 3-month warranty for stitching or fabric defects.

Excludes damage from:

• Wind

• UV exposure

• Prolonged outdoor use or poor storage

🛠️ How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, email info@octagrills.com with:

1. Your order number

2. A description of the issue

3. Photos or video of the problem

4. Proof of purchase

If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement product or part as needed.

• Warranty starts from the date of purchase

• Coverage applies to the original purchaser only

• Replacement items do not reset the warranty period

• Claims may be denied if misuse, modification, or poor maintenance is evident
