Like the 51”, the Fire Vault XL is powered by a 187 lb capacity rotisserie motor, ensuring steady, heavy-duty rotation for whole animals. Built from all stainless steel, it’s rugged, weather-resistant, and built to endure years of cooking. The removable steel charcoal tray makes fueling and cleanup simple, while the fire-rated viewing window and temperature gauge give you precision monitoring.
For added versatility, the Fire Vault XL also includes three stainless steel cooking grates, so you can cook burgers, hot dogs, or steaks at the same time you’re roasting a whole lamb or pig. Finished with an integrated bottle opener, it’s the complete package for serious BBQ masters.
