Also known as a foukou, this versatile grill combines motorized rotisserie cooking with a full stainless-steel grill grate, allowing you to prepare everything from traditional souvla, kontosouvli, kokoretsi, and kebabs to steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.
The Cyprus Classic includes three stainless-steel rotisserie skewers powered by a 110V variable-speed motor. Adjusting the rotation speed gives you greater control while the skewers continuously turn the food for even cooking, consistent browning, and delicious charcoal-fired flavor.
When you are not using the rotisserie, install the included stainless-steel grill grate for traditional charcoal grilling. The stainless-steel legs create a sturdy freestanding cooking station, while the built-in bottle opener adds a convenient finishing touch.
